FAQs

Do you accept walk-ins?

We accept walk-ins for boarding and daycare as long as the dog or cat has the required vaccinations. Please make an appointment for our grooming services.

What vaccinations do you require?

We require a variety of vaccinations for both dogs and cats in order to enter the facility. Please refer to the full lists on our Policies page. Please note that first-time customers must provide vaccination records before booking grooming appointments.

What hours are you on premises?

We are on premises exercising and taking care of your pets from 6:30am to 9:00pm daily. We have 24-hour video surveillance and fire security. Although we are on premises at 6:30am, we do not open to the public until 7:00am for daycare drop off, and again at 9:00am for boarding guests.

What do I need to bring for boarding?

We provide food, bedding, bowls, water, blankets, toys and treats. Please feel free to bring any medications or personal food you would like your dog or cat to have while staying with us. Storage space is limited.

What are your daycare hours?

Our weekday daycare hours are from 7:00am – 6:00pm, and weekend daycare hours are from 7:00am – 5:00pm.

Do you interact dogs?

With client approval, we do interact dogs under staff supervision. Our daycare groups are small and we place dogs of similar temperaments together. We do have dogs that do not interact with others at daycare.

Do your boarding rates change based on the size of the dog?

No. The boarding rate doesn't change based on the size of the animal or whether or not they share a run. Our boarding rates are based off of the room chosen. Our rates are all inclusive and based off the care our staff provides.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer a variety of special discounts, which can be found on our Special Discounts page.

Where does my dog stay before I pick them up after their grooming appointment?

While pets are awaiting their treatments or pick-up, they are housed in secure individual stainless steel suites, built into the walls of the temperature-controlled spa rooms.

Why do you use stainless steel tubs?

MPCC uses specially designed stainless steel pet tubs. These tubs are ergonomic, providing steps for access and high side walls to prevent jumping or falling. Additionally, the smooth surface doesn't catch delicate toenails, and doesn't have cracks or chips that can hold or transmit disease.

Why do your grooming packages include a HydroSurge™ Massaging Bath?
